6. What's a Day in the Life of a Mama of Quadruplets Look Like?
Contrary to popular belief I do not rise at the crack of dawn to churn butter, weave baskets, mend clothing, or cultivate the land. In fact, this schedule looks like a breeze in comparison to the days of the 3 hour bottle feeding schedule. Currently, what works well for all of us is putting the boys down to bed rather late and in return, they sleep pretty late. Here's what a "typical" day looks like on our Hoppy Time clock:
5:30 Brad's Alarm Goes Off (Jen Ignores the Multiple Snoozes and Continues to Sleep)
6:30 Brad Heads Off to Work
7:30 Jen's Alarm Goes Off
8:00 Jen Showers, Gets Breakfast Ready, Prepares for Day
8:30/9:00 Get the Munchkins Up, Change Diapers and Clothes
9:15 Breakfast
9:45 Clean-up Breakfast
10:00 Playtime: Reading, Playing with Toys, Walks, Park, Playing in Yard
12:00 Prepare Lunch
12:15 Lunch
12:45 Clean-up Lunch
1:00 Pick-up Toys, Change Diapers, Get Ready for Nap
1:30 NAPTIME!!!!!!
4:00/4:30 Playtime
4:55 Brad Gets Home (We All Cheer Loudly)
5:00 Finish Preparing Dinner for 6
5:30 Dinner Together as a Family
6:00 Clean-up Dinner
6:15 Playtime
7:30 Bath Time
8:00 Get Ready for Bed
8:30 Lights OUT!
8:35 Pickup Around House, Laundry, Chores, Wash Sippy Cups, Fill Sippy Cups for Next Day, Veg, and Eventually Sleep
RINSE and REPEAT!!!! =)
7. How do you maintain a healthy marriage under the stress of raising four 2 year olds?
We work at it EVERYDAY! I didn't realize how MUCH having children would challenge our relationship. Brad and I's marriage has been tested like never before through the journey of quadparenting. We've failed in many areas and on many occasions, but we are committed to each other for LIFE! We know that the only way our marriage will survive is if we prioritize our relationships: GOD first, each other second, and next our boys. We use the quiet times of our day to regroup and communicate. We also allow each other breaks outside of the house, which I think has been vital! Once a month minimum date nights are another lifeline for our marriage. We are extremely grateful for family and dear dear friends who have sacrificed their own time for the sake of our marriage!
8. What sorts of foods do the boys enjoy?
Although I wouldn't consider myself to be a "health freak" by any stretch, I do think it's my responsibility as a mom to offer the boys nutritious options for meals. We aren't 100% Organic or even close, but as often as possible, I pick groceries that are natural sans preservatives. We also buy foods that are low in sugar. However, we do indulge in "treats" now and then, and fast food while it isn't our favorite choice, is something we resort to when we are on the road or in a bind.
Overall, I think we've struck a healthy balance for our family.
Some of our standby meals are: Quesadillas, PBJ, Eggs, Grilled Cheese, Chicken, Waffles, Burgers, and their absolute favorite Pizza!
They aren't HUGE veggie eaters but we offer them every meal. Their favorite veggies are sweet potatoes, carrots, hummus, and Veggie Straws. Each meal consists of protein, veggies, and fruit. The boys LOVE dairy and carbs, and almost any fruit - so those are simple to serve.
I'm ALWAYS up for suggestions in this department. So feel free to share your favorite menus!
9. How did you conceive quadruplets? IVF? IUI?
I've written A TON about our struggle with infertility in these posts, but for the record one more time: Our boys were conceived without any "I's". No IVF. No IUI. I was taking a hormone to replace a deficiency in my body (due to PCOS) that is required for ovulation. I'm always willing to talk personally about our experiences through email and consider it a privilege to pray for the many of you who are trying to conceive.
10. How do you manage to keep things organized and clean in your home?
1. How did you find our blog?2. Why do you read our blog?3. What would you like to see more of on this blog?
Looking forward to hearing your answers to my questions!

Hi Jen! I don't remember how I came upon your blog. I read your blog because you have beautiful boys! I have two boys (22 months and 11 months) and I like to see how other moms do it. (I'm only 22 and I have a lot to learn!) I would like to see more of your normal day to day happenings. I find your blog to be a blessing - encouraging - it is possible to raise two boys so close in age! Thank you!
Lauren
I can't remember how I found your blog. I think I either found it through Suz Steece or found hers through yours, but don't knwo for sure how I happened upon them originally. I read because I just think multiples are fascinating. I have a set of twins myself, plus a little boy just about 1 year older than them. I admire how organized you seem! I'm not even close! You take such wonderful pictures and your boys always seem so happy! It's refreshing to read your blog!
1. How did you find our blog?
I found Jen through Myspace when I was searching for CHS alumni, and that just happened to be the around the time you found out you were pregnant. :)
2. Why do you read our blog?
Brad's sister Kristy was my high school best friend... I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that little brother has kids, let alone 4 of them! That, and your boys are just about 10 months older than my youngest.
3. What would you like to see more of on this blog?
It's great just the way it is! Unless you want to show us the mess and make us all feel better about our own disastrous toddler-stricken houses! ;)
I can't remember how I found your blog but I am sure it was from a triplet mom's blog!
Why do I read?
I like the pictures that you take (I'm a photographer) and the fun ideas you've given in the past. I like to learn from other moms since I am new at this! And I also like following kids that are a bit older than mine so I can see what is in store for my trio.
I cant think of anything you should change. You are original and fun, just great the way it is! :)

I found your blog through my sister-in-law Sandy (who also happens to be your sister :)!
I enjoy reading about your everyday adventures. I find it amazing that you are always so positive and uplifting. I hope to someday get the chance to meet your boys in person.
I wouldn't change anything. I enjoy reading just the way that it is.

Jen, I have no idea how I found your blog - you know, one thing leads to another!
I love to read your experience with quads and it is a bonus that you are a mom of all boys like me!
I am encouraged by your faith and your commitment to your marriage.
I laugh at the boys' antics and just enjoy the pictures and real perspective of a mom of four two year olds!
I think you're doing a great job and love the FAQ and Rewinds - they're awesome.
Keep it up.
Laurie
1. I found you on myspace right around the time you found out the triplets were actually quads.
2. Because it's fascinating, well written, funny, and inspirational. That and I can't imagine someone I went to elementary-high school with married someone I went to middle-high school with and they had four boys at the same time. I tell everyone. By the way, the Japanese word for quads is "yotsugo." (yotsu is a word for four and go is the pronunciation for "ko," meaning child, when it comes after a vowel).
3. I can't wait until you take them around to see all the sites in C-ton!
1. How did you find our blog?
I think I found your blog through Steece's Pieces blog list, I think Suz might have reference your name in a post and I click and now I'm attached!
2. Why do you read our blog?
I have 9 month twin boys and love to see how other moms of multiples handle kids that are the same age and also since yours are older this gives me an insight to the fun that is yet to come!
3. What would you like to see more of on this blog? I like your blog just the way it is, I would love to hear more about your day-to-day happenings, love the pictures and insight you give to your life and marriage

1. I think I bumped into it on myspace ages ago...
2. Because you were a great friend at BU. It is such a blessing to read about how God is working in your life and pray for your family.
3. I just really enjoy reading the typical day-to-day stuff... that's where important things happen, right?
I found your blog was with and article in the Flyer(?) when the boys were just tiny bits. I keep reading because 1)they are so darn adorable 2)I like your positive outlook 3)We actually don't live too far apart 4)I "only" have 2 singletons and like to peek in.
The blog is great! I wouldn't change it. You keep it real and open and positive.
Hello - well, like most, I'm not sure how I found your blog....it had to be through someone else's and I saw "quad" and it sparked some interest.
I enjoy reading blogs of younger children probably because I have teenagers ;) I enjoy reading how you raise 4 at the same age!!! Your boys are super cute and well behaved. I love hearing that you are teaching them to pickup toys. I use to do that as well - still do to even teenagers!
Not sure what I would like to read more of....
Have a good day!
I don't remember which quad blog I found first but they eventually led me to three or four. I have two kids but grew up with six siblings and like many am just intrigued by how you make it work. I love the pictures and seeing how developmentally the kids change in a set like that. But like any blog I read I keep coming back because its fun, well written and has great pictures. There is a feeling of community.
Hi Jen!
I found your blog by way of the Steece's Pieces blog, which several of my blog buddies in Dallas had listed on the blog favorites. I now read your blog, plus Suz, Gen McNulty and Mari Goerlich.
Your blog is one of my favorites because of the cute pictures of your boys, and I love reading your "Keepin' It Real Rewinds." I also have PCOS and had tried for about a year to conceive. I knew I didn't want to do IVF or IUI... or even Clomid if I didn't have to. Luckily, after three months on Metformin, I found out I was pregnant! I will be 10 weeks along tomorrow, and our first baby is due Dec. 17!!
Keep up the great blog!
Jen, I found your blog through the Steece's blog list. I read because your kids are beautiful, and because I've been fascinated my whole life with multiples. Now that I have my first child (3-month-old girl), I'm even more amazed by what you multiple moms do!
Hi Jen...I believe I found your blog through the yahoo same age group. It was that or through another triplet blog.
I read cuz I like to see what you are doing with the boys as they are the same age as my trio. I love looking at your photos too, you do such a good job capturing those special moments.
I am not sure what I would want to see more of...you do a great job!

1. I don't remember exactly, but it was a few months back.
2. My husband is a twin and I've always wanted multiples. Also, my son will be two this fall so your blog is encouraging! If you can do it with 4 boys I can do it with one! I really like to be organized and you have many good ideas for how to do that and have toddlers!
3. what ever you want to write about :-)
But I did have a suggestion for toddler type food ideas. I just recently started doing some Tot School activities with my son (Totally Tots blog) They often do "what's on your toddler's plate" blogs. This mom's blog...
http://wilsonramblings.blogspot.com/search?q=plate
is great! She posts often about what she feeds son an has been a great inspiration with my son's meal planning!
I'm not sure how I found your blog. I enjoy reading because I struggeld with infertily too. I have a 3 yr old son after a 4 yr struggle.
Hi Jen,
I found your blog through one of the other quad momma's blogs, either the steece's or the mcnulty's I can't remember, or maybe I found them through you ?!
I read you blog because I love working with children and have a very strong desire to have my own family. I have PCOS like you and your journey gives me hope that although I am not ready to have kids yet it is possible.
I love your blog and I think you have a good mix between writing about your day to day life with your boys and your experiences in getting them !!
Debbie
Jen;
1. How did you find our blog?
A friend of yours, Sarah Livengood was my office-mate. She was reading your blog while you were pregnant and got me hooked. :O) I've been reading ever since and look forward to each entry!!
2. Why do you read our blog?
I feel like "over the years" you, Brad and the boys have become my friends, too. Your boys are 3 weeks older than my grandson, so it's interesting to me, to see where he is in relationship to where your 4 are. My granddaughter who is 11 (sister to my 2 yr old grandson) reads too and has been in love with Issac since the first photo she saw. :O) She thanks her lucky stars daily that there is only ONE of her brother! She cannot imagine 4 of "him" yelling SISSY over and over each day! :O)
3. What would you like to see more of on this blog?
I just love reading/seeing your day-to-day goings-on. Your blogging is always interesting and the photos are an added bonus!
Thanks so much for sharing your lives with us!
Carol (and Haley!)
Hey Jen - great post! I can't remember how I actually found your blog, but I'm a fellow Hoosier, right here in the Indy area and remember your St. Vincent commercials. Every time I saw one I was in tears!!!
I keep reading because I love watching the boys grow and have 3 boys myself (4 and 15 month old twins), so I love all the ideas. And I just love reading your posts - very fun and interesting. Thanks for sharing your life...and family...with all of us!
I can't think of anything I would add or change. Thanks for being you!
Thanks for posting your schedule ... I've been meaning to ask you what it looks like a year or two down the road from where we are now! :)
Hi
1) I found your blog from Moni's blog, who I found from the Steece Quads, who I found from the Unterwagner Triplets, who I found from a friend of a friend of a friend....
2) I love reading your blog. Your pictures and accounts are amazing. I like seeing what you are doing.
3) Updates everyday! More pictures.
Laura
1. I am not sure how I found your blog. I'm pretty sure I found it either through another quad blog or it showed up as a recommended blog on my feed.
2. I read your blog: (a) your boys are adorable and I like to watch them grow; (b) I enjoy reading a Christian perspective on raising children; and (c) getting ideas for the future (I currently don't have any children)
3. I suppose more "tricks of the trade". Little things that you do that make raising the boys easier; how you discipline etc.
I do appreciate how you keep things brief and concise.
Thanks for sharing your story with us!
1. I'm pretty sure I found your blog by searching for other families with multiples.
2. I read for several reasons. I have 2 year old triplets plus a 10 month old. So I relate to the many small children thing. Also, I love to read christian blogs because it is a form of fellowship, which is hard for a mom of so many little people to receive. And of course your boys are adorable.
3. I think you're doing pretty good already. You seem to be handling the two's pretty well. I think it's wonderful that you seem to love this age. It's a hard one for me. I do wonder if you ever loose your temper or run out of patience. You just seem to have it all together.
Added to # 2: I get a lot of ideas from you. One of my favorites is the bibs. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't discover those wonderful items.

1. How did you find our blog?
I heard about a lady that had sextuplets and it intrigued me. I did some internet searches on multiples and came across a few blogs. I read them and those linked to them. Not sure where yours fell exactly in that,
2. Why do you read our blog?
I read a handful of blogs and the key factor is personable. The way you write makes me feel like I know you and your family. You don't hide details. Good, bad or indifferent - you lay it out there.
The other thing is regular updates!
3. What would you like to see more of on this blog?
Your blog is great - just keep on doing what you are doing.
And what is up with "anonymous"?? He/she is probably the one doing the plagiarizing! People are really something else!
KSDallas - Some people get a cheap thrill out of trying to get under peoples skin. I'm just gonna keep praying for them. Obviously, they are looking for something to fill an empty void.
Thanks for the FAQ's! Your blog inspires me and truely puts me in my place. I have enjoyed "watching" the boys grow up into little, handsome gentlemen!
Ok now onto the questions:
1. I found your blog through, I think, Gen or Suz. I don't remember which one...how sad I know!
2. I read your blog to become inspired and uplifted. I look at how much stuggle you have gone through and then look at my own life. Your journey through quads has been so interesting to me! I really love reading YOUR insights on life and just the daily stuff too.
3. Just keep doing what you are doing! I really have no added comments to that...what a shocker!
~Elyse
1. How did you find our blog?
I have been following your blog for a few months now; I am pretty sure I found it through MckMama's blog!
2. Why do you read our blog?
I do not have multiples, but I am amazed by mothers of multiples! I do have 2 sons (5 years old and 2 years old) and my 2 year old really keeps me on my toes :) I am always looking for parenting pointers for my little men!
3. What would you like to see more of on this blog?
You are doing a great job with this blog...I love the day-to-day life, the pictures (and the posts about each boy individually is nice too!) Keep up the excellent work!!
Hi Jenn!
I love reading your blog. I actually don't remember how I came across your blog, but your boys are about a month older than my twin boys. It has been fun seeing your boys doing alot of the same things as my boys. It is also fun to hear my husband 'complain' about the whinning or the bickering and I just pull up your blog. He then has no complaints :-)
You have a great nack for writing! It is very entertaining. Oh, please tell what veggie straw are!! I, also, make sure the boys have veggies at each meal. I don't force them (don't know how you could force) to eat them, but I am always looking for great veggies and recipes on making veggies yummy, sooo, veggie straws??
1. I don't remember exactly, but I think I Googled "multiples" because I nanny for twins and thought I might be able to get some good ideas from the Bloggers out there.
2. I stayed because you are a fantastic writer and your family is beautiful.
3. I love it all really... but videos, pictures, and the Rewinds are great (especially since I didn't start at the beginning).
I found you through Suz!! I have been reading for almost 2 years!
I read because you have such a beautiful outlook on life, God, love, and parenting!! Everytime I see your name in the reader I smile!! I know there is going to be some kind of funny story coming up!!
Keep doing exactly what you are doing..I wouldnt change a thing!
All of you quad mommas are such amazing women to me!!
I found you through the McNulty's blog.
I read your blog because you have such a positive outlook. I don't have kids yet (hoping!), but I like to read about the future. The parenting sites in my area are full of people who are mostly bitter about the difficulties of parenting. I know it's tremendously challenging, but children are a blessing, too. It was discouraging to read all the complaints and then second-guess whether I really want to be a parent. That's just silly - I've always wanted to be a parent, trials and all. So thank you for taking the good days and the bad while still praising God. You're an inspiration. (I also enjoy your writing and the photos. :)
Your blog is great just the way it is.
-Holly in California
I found your blog through my sister, Natalie Strand. I actually came to your house once with Natalie & my mom to meet you and your boys.
I read your blog because I also have a little boy just a couple of months older than your 4. I never cease to be amazed by you raising 4 while I am raising 1.
As for what I would like to see more of. . . all of it. I love reading every thing you choose to share.
I don't think I have ever replied to one of your posts, but I thought hey why not. I'm usually one of many of your lurkers.
1. How did you find our blog? Through Steece's Pieces
2. Why do you read our blog? I love it just because you are so loving and show God's love through your day to day lives.
3. What would you like to see more of on this blog? Just about your litte adventures.
Hi Jen.
Most of the blogs I read can be traced back to the McNulty's. They were in the local paper out here in the Bay Area of California. I'm very intrigued by families with multiples, that's why I read yours. Plus, as opposed to every other blog I read, you've got all boys. All of the other blogs are mixed genders or all girls. Also, I read because you and your husband are funny and make your blog easy to read.
Anyway, there are many more reasons why I keep coming back, but that's the gist of it. ;o)
Hi Jen,
I believe I found you through Steece's Pieces when I was on bedrest, with one of my pregnancies. With teh first I did lots of blog searching because I was going out of my mind:-)
I read your blog because you are a Christian and you give God the glory for the miracle of your children and for your life.
I like it just the way it is. I wish you lived up here though so I could meet this amazing momma (YOU!!) in person
i found your blog through steece's pieces...
i keep coming back because i enjoy your writing and watching your cuties grow! and i completely admire you and how you stay "sane" raising quads!!!
what do i want to see more of? what ever you want! its your blog! and i will continue to come back!!!:-)
Hello, Lurker here.
1. Found your blog via The Journal & Courier's weekly listing of local, interesting blogs. I've been hooked ever since.
2. As a mom I enjoy reading about your daily trials and tribulations. As mundane as you think that is, I just love reading about what goes on at your house each day. It gives me inspiration and new activity ideas for my toddler who's very close in age to your boys.
3. Keep up the good work! I check your blog almost every day and I appreciate how often you post- it never gets old!
why not make the pic in the header color??
1. Hmmm... I think I found your blog after my Grandma mentioned something about it.... maybe after she read an article in the paper? Or, she had talked with your parents and then mentioned it to me. Ok, long explanation, but thanks to my Grandma I am here :)
2. I read it because it always makes me smile. You're an inspiration Jen! One day, if I am lucky enough to conceive, I will be re-reading through your blog during that stage in your life for some extra support!
3. I am a picture fanatic - I would love more pictures. I know, I know, you already do awesome and post a lot of pics, but like I said, I am a fanatic.
I found your blog when you were pregnant with the boys on a friend's blog-I'm not sure how she heard about you all.
I read your blog because your story, to me, is a constant reminder of the goodness of God. Your boys are an amazing miracle-I love how you all give Him the glory and praise for what He's done in your life. Also, I was pregnant with our fifth,Seth, when I found your blog-he was born on Feb. 5-so he's right with your boys in age.
I enjoy your blog as it is!
I found your blog when you posted on the Mamasource website. I read your blog because I am a mother of twins and I am just interested in seeing the life of raising quads. You have an amazing family and I can't think of anything that you should change about your blogging! I also enjoy the FAQ's. I purchase the Nikon D40 and we really have enjoyed it since we got it the week after Mother's Day! Thank you for sharing that information! God Bless you all!
1. Found your blog through the Steece's after they were featured in a newspaper article.
2. I keep reading because you have a beautiful family. I also have PCOS, and have just begun the infertility journey. I feel I can identify with your story, and I think telling our stories is important.
3. Love your pictures and your honesty.
Hi Jen,
I started reading your blog back when the boys were diagnosed as monoamniotic and monochorionic. I have momo twin girls and posted back and forth with Brad during your pregnancy.
I love reading the stories about your family. You are blessed. :)
I read on twitter that you are being plagerized. That is a bummer! People shouldn't do that.
Jennifer
Fresno, CA
I don't know how I found your blog either, probably through someone else with multiples, but I LOVE all the tips I get from moms of multiples. They translate so well into my life even though I only have two kids, it is more than I can handle, so I take all the advice I can get from you wonder women! Keep it up, I love it. I also follow you on twitter!
I found your blog on Suzanne Steece's blog (went to college with her). I read you blog because I've always been fascinated with multiples, it's always interesting, get ideas for things to do with my little girl (20 months), love your sense of humor and writing style, and love your Christian perspective on everything. I really can't think of anything else I would add to the blog. I'm always amazed at how often you're able to post! Keep up the great work!
I also don't remember how I originally came across your blog. I've been reading for about two years already-crazy!
Your blog is well written, multiples interest me, I enjoy your positive outlook on marriage and parenting, and, for a ridiculous reason: I love your boys' names; I think that's the main thing that got me to keep coming back at first. haha Seems funny now.
As a fellow stay at home mom, I would like to see some of your money saving ideas, esp. in regards to feeding the boys. But, even if you don't I LOVE your posts already.
-Becca
1. Found your blog through my daughter-in-law, Gretchen.
2. I read your blog because we had three kids, then twins. Josh was the oldest, at 5. So I love to read about your family. We have 2 grandchildren, and 3 more this summer, so I do get hints from you to pass along.
3. Love your blog just as it is.
I found your blog quite randomly. I was at the site of some sort of blog award where you should nominate the ones you like to read. While there, I was going to vote for cuteoverload, but then I got so intreagued by all the zillion categories. The one for parenting was especially interesting to me, being a "new" twin mom.
I quite simply fell in love with: 1) the way you write, because you always manage to look (or at least write) from the bright side
2) your story, as it is breathtaking, reminds me of my own, and humbles me, as I "only" have two and oftentimes find myself overwhelmed
3) the precious boys
4) your lives, how you deal with married life in the midst of it all
5) the fact that you actually blog. You inspired me to do the same. And I feel so much more harmonious now that I end (almost) every day with my blog time, wrapping up the day, understanding and thinking aboout what actually happened (yes, I blog after they have gone to sleep!) and training my mind and soul to spin it all in the best way possible!
I would like to see more of... maybe everyday kinds of stuff. I personally enjoy the sort of "here's how the kitchen looks during lunch time", "this is the face of someone who has found, and eaten, their first marshmellow", and "today we found a lady bug". This may be because I have oneyearolds and everyting is a first for us, but at the same time I like the spontanious and natural as well as the neatly organized (please excuse my inferiority complex!).
BUT, as mentioned, I love the blog- so just keeping at it will keep on making my day!
l. I never knew the Blog World existed until my daughter sent me a link to her friend's blog which chronicled the illness of her friend's son. This blog led to another blog, which led to another,...and I found your blog.
2. I read your blog because your posts are honest; endearing; insightful; and Henry, Isaac, Brooks, and Clark are just soooo cute! You have truly been blessed with the gift of writing. I often smile at your posts because they bring back happy memories. The Lord has blessed you with a beautiful family, and I thank you for sharing moments of your lives with us.
3. I just always look forward to new updates (though I don't know when you find the time to update!).

Love your post and your blog!! I wanted to know if you were in Austin, Texas where you are looking over the lake? I would love to hear from you! elizabeth@ryllco.com Chicago, Illinois (but originally from Austin!)
I found your blog during my first surrogacy while I was pregnant with quadruplets. I read it for awhile and then lost it. I rediscovered it while pregnant with twins and on hospital bedrest for my second surrogacy. I continue to read because:
1. I love babies/children and yours are adorable.
2. I love how "real" you both seem.
3. I am a blogger myself and a blog addict.
(I also love lists)

Jen -- I found your blog through Suz's blog. I read about the Steece's in the Christian Chronicle and found her blog through it. After reading her blog, I branched out to some of her Quad Mama friends' blogs.
I continue to read because I enjoy your writing, enjoy reading about your kids' stages -- stages I miss so much now that my youngest is almost 8. The baby part of life is over for me and I miss all those first things.
I can't think of anything you need to add to how/what you blog. I love it the way it is.
Jen:
I found your blog on an e-newsletter on multiples I used to received. I have kept reading your blog because I like to keep up with your family. I enjoy it, love it...can't think of anything you can change??
Thanks for sharing your lives with us!
mommy of five in IL
Hi, I think your blog is wonderful and your boys adorable! I think I was looking up quadruplets on the internet for some reason (can't remember why) and got linked to your blog. I became a blog addict about a year ago and check your blog about once a week. I hope you don't mind! You have such a beautiful family.

Hi! I heard about your blog from Natalie Decker...we worked together this year. :) I like reading it because you are a young mom with young boys, and I can relate to that. I think you do a great job with the blog...I can't think of anything I would want you to add.
I found your blog from the Steece's blog. Of all the quad blogs out there, yours if my favorite because you and Brad put your relationship with God out there without apology or explanation. I LOVE your heart that comes through your blog and that y'all work so hard to sustain your relationship with the Lord and with each other. I appreciate that and it encourages me as a mom. I like your blog just the way it is...thanks for taking the time to do it.
I found your blog through a search engine when I was looking for a booster high chair for an older child! It took me to your page talking about when the boys started sitting at the dinner table with you.
When I saw that you were a mom of quads, I was intrigued. I have four kids ages 15 months to 8 years(no multiples) and #5 on the way. Your boys are adorable.
Wow, it so interesting to read how many random ways people have found your blog! Add TrueMedia to your list if it's not already in the responses.
Just this morning I was looking for something 'clean' on their gallery for ideas. I checked out the Olympic Hopefuls 2008 video, and I was so amazed as one cute tumbling toddler after another kept rolling onto the screen! I went to your blog and read your "rewinds" and feel very connected to you.
I'm blessed to have an 8 month old boy of my very own, conceived as is "natural," but I went through 2.5 years of "unexplained" infertility. Your blog has used so many of the terms I have used to explain that time for me. It was hard to find out I wasn't "broken" because then there was no way to fix me and fulfill my lifelong desires. When we finally decided to take some time and move forward with our lives I went back to grad school, and that is when we found ourselves pregnant unexpectedly, so now I'm a full time mom and a full time student - thank heavens I only had one!
Sometimes I don't know how we are going to make it financially, but just like you have said, God has taken care of us every step of they way and I am amazed at the generosity of people around us.
Although it was a difficult 2.5 years (I had 2 sisters-in-law get pregnant 3 times while I tried to just get pregnant once!) -although it was difficult, I am so thankful for that trial now. When my sweet boy would spit up all over me in those early months, or have a diaper blow out on me these days, I remember how many tears I shed praying for him to come, and I cherish that I am living fully this blessed experience.
Wow, I didn't mean to write so much, I guess I just wanted to share that with you. I look forward to peeking in on your blog from time to time for a boost in faith, fresh ideas about kiddos, and let's face, I'm just nosy.
Found you via Multiples and More, and you are definitely going to be my new obsession!!! Your babies are precious and you are a great mommy. I love how your blog is laid out, and I have spent almost an hour clicking on "you might also like" links...

Hi Jen- I found your blog through Nester's Christmas Tour and decided to take a look around!
I have 1 son...and seeing your four adorable stockings hanging just made me smile.
I also have a D40 and am learning to use it more every day...my goal is to shoot manually at some point, but a recent mis-hap made me realize that i've got a long way to go!!
Hope you have a wonderful Christmas-
Carolyn
