1/2 A Year Old

(Post updated with the boys pictures below! Check it out!)

Did I scare anyone? This was a picture taken July 21st........2006!!!!!! The beginning of an incredible pregnancy and now we have 4 healthy, energetic, grinning, chubby, BOYS! How great is our God? I had to blog on this exciting day for us. The past 6 months have been a blur in many ways, but I really am trying to take it in and enjoy these baby days. I cannot tell you all how precious it is to wake up to 4 boys smiling in their cribs and then putting down their sleepy little bodies for the night. What a privilege! And to think about how slim our "chances" were of this outcome brings me to tears of gratefulness.

Here's a few looks from the pregnancy highlight reel.....Many of these have NEVER been posted, so be kind on those comments - I know, I was HUGE! (Notice the pictures get smaller as I get bigger - HAAAA!) I had to remind people over and over that there were FOUR babies housed inside my belly.

These 2 pictures are from the day we found out we were pregnant. It was such an exciting time. Pictured below are my parents in front of Pizza Hut where we met them to share the surprising news!

A date with my buddy before the craziness of a major surgery and bed rest

Recovering from my TAC (Trans Abdominal Cerclauge) surgery at 14 weeks to help hold those babies inside me as long as possible

Right around 30 weeks. I didn't look like a dump truck from the front, but below is a picture of me from the side view.

I got to take a field trip out of my hospital room into the single digit temperatures to eat pancakes at the House of Pancakes just days before delivery. I ate 8 of them! They tasted soooooo good. I had to sit sideways in order to fit in the booth! Great memory!

A Very Happy Thanksgiving!

Here are some Thanksgiving pics for you!

Murray Grandparents 2B

Myers Grandparents 2B

Hello friends,

We are so excited to tell you that we made it through Thanksgiving with no problems. In fact, baby C has decided that he is going to be an acrobat! He has flipped, kicked, and spun around all weekend long sometimes making his mom very uncomfortable! We have decided that he is probably going to be pretty athletic. :)

Thanksgiving was fun this year in spite of the fact that we were not able to travel outside of the Indianapolis area. Both sets of parents were able to get away from their other obligations to come see us on Thursday. They both brought food and we were able to have a great time. We were also able to get all of our Christmas decorations out and our tree assembled and decorated. So far, this holiday season has not been too far outside of the ordinary year. We were so thankful that we were still able to spend time with family this Thanksgiving, and we know that our God made this possible.

Thank you all for praying. We are now only 12 days away from the huge milestone of 24 weeks. Please be praying for a complication free pregnancy again this week. We love you all and are so thankful for how smoothly things have gone so far.

Please pray:

- That Jen could sleep as the boys move more and more.
- That she would continue to go contraction free
- That Jen could find ways to get comfortable as she continues to grow.

Leaving 20 Weeks Behind...All is Well

I hope the boys enjoy it, because this is the only time in their lives that I can afford to put all of them in a Manning jersey! :)

Well, at 20 weeks, two days, all is well at the Murray's. We are so excited that the Lord has seen it fit for Jen to carry our babies past the 20 week mark without any problems. Our Lord is hearing our prayers so we ask you to please keep praying! Please pray that Jen would be able to continue another week without contractions. Jen's doctor is starting to show some surprise as to how well she continues to do. Let's pray that our God would be glorified to see her blow all of their expectations away for this pregnancy.

Please pray:

-That God would keep our babies safe from harm.
-That Jen could continue the pregnancy without contractions.
-That God would allow Jen to sleep as she continues to grow and become more uncomfortable.
-That God would allow us both to trust Him and have peace as we await His will for this pregnancy.

Thanks friends!
-Brad

P.S. Thanks to Sarah Reaves (and her mom-in law) for the sweet jersey hook up. One thing Brad and I agree on is that they will all be COLTS fans! It's just that Purdue/IU thing that causes so much conflict. -Jen
