Energy Zappers...

In my inbox today was a terrific quote from my dear friend, Suz. I began laughing hysterically. 

"The emotional and physical energy needed to supervise an energy-packed tot can take down the most physically fit mom. If your toddler happens to be a boy, add 50% more energy..." ---On Becoming Toddlerwise

So mathematically in our situation add 200% more energy??? So that's why I'm beat at the end of the day!!!!
